Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED) required
- 5+ years' experience with residential mortgage, commercial mortgage, insurance and other financial products
- 5+ years' experience in key areas encompassed with Investor Reporting
- 3+ years’ experience managing people and leading teams
- High depth of knowledge of servicing processing rules and guidelines
- Demonstrated experience effectively evaluating and implementing processes
- Experience researching and adapting best practices to align with business and product needs
- Successful experience working in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel to compile and analyze data, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
- Collaborative and consultative work style; high team-orientation
- Effective management skills to include talent selection, training, coaching and performance management
- Evaluation and development of talent in a continuing effort to increase the efficiency of the department

Compensation
The hiring range for this position is between $93,270.00 - $115,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

About the Role
This position reports to the VP, Investor Reporting and is responsible for leading the Investor Reporting Team in the planning, support and execution of strategies focused on driving increased revenue, cost savings, operational enhancements, regulatory requirements and strengthening controls. This role manages activities related to investor reporting and remitting, the control of custodial accounts, updates into MSP and the clearing of reconciliation exceptions within industry guidelines. This position supports designated activities required to define and track SLAs and KPIs for the team.
Responsibilities
- Effectively executes projects and initiatives

- Facilitates the review of new contracts with legal and client relations
- Coordinates the input and review of key reporting and pricing components of contracts with cross-functional groups within Fay
- Manages performance, fosters development and provides mentoring to employees
- Leads and participates in projects designed to evolve and advance the performance of the assigned functions
