About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to members, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage member accounts, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and resolving issues.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with members through regular communication and proactive outreach.
  • Stay up-to-date with credit union policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of relevant customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of credit union operations and services.
  • Understanding of financial products and services.
