AVP, Enterprise Delivery & Transformation

For our client, we are seeking a AVP, Enterprise Delivery & Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own enterprise-wide delivery cadence and transformation execution across multiple functions, with a strong focus on governance, planning discipline, and executive alignment. The leader will help translate strategic priorities into an integrated roadmap and ensure major initiatives are tracked, coordinated, and advanced effectively. This position also plays a key role in enterprise AI policy governance and in supporting senior leadership communications and issue escalation. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $217,500 – $326,000 annually Responsibilities Own and maintain the integrated 90-day and annual roadmap across multiple functions Define the delivery framework standard and oversee major transformation programs Run the enterprise AI governance program and establish usage policies Design and manage cross-functional planning cadences and portfolio reviews Manage strategic communications to ensure seamless escalation and resolution of issues Qualifications Extensive strategic leadership experience as a proxy for C-level executives, such as CTO or CIO Proven ability to define and execute complex delivery frameworks across technical domains Experience leading major transformation initiatives outside traditional PMO structures Strong background in technology governance, particularly regarding enterprise AI policies Exceptional executive communication skills for engaging with C-suite and board levels Benefits Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Flexible time off and paid company holidays Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan with company match Wellness coach and gym reimbursement Gender-neutral parental leave and grandparent leave Voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
