AVP, Global People Services (Payroll & Rewards)

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and compliant global payroll delivery
• Oversee payroll operations and benefits administration
• Partner with multiple teams to deliver quality employee services
• Support complex employee matters and global operational priorities
• Define and execute the payroll and rewards strategy
• Lead initiatives for process automation and service modernization
• Establish strong controls and governance for payroll services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• 10+ years leading HR teams in payroll and benefits administration
• Cross-cultural experience in diverse global environments is essential
• Expertise in business process improvements; lean & six sigma skills advantageous
• Ability to create and communicate a compelling vision for the future

Pay

$156,700 – $290,900 annually
