AVP, Financial Systems - Adaptive

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance and IT partners for high-quality technology delivery
• Identify and implement AI solutions for process efficiencies
• Determine investment opportunities for new capabilities
• Implement metrics to measure system effectiveness and user satisfaction
• Partner with business segment leads for issue remediation
• Support alignment on systems initiatives and resource management
• Develop documentation for research, design, and reporting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience
• Technical knowledge of Workday and standard business processes
• Experience supporting a global organization
• Effective communication skills across all management levels
• Experience working remotely with international teams
• Professional attitude with innovative and collaborative mindset

Pay

$130,000 – $150,000 annually

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
