Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams.
  • Define and execute the technology roadmap for customer-facing platforms.
  • Drive cloud modernization using AWS, microservices, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve customer experience.
  • Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and quality engineering best practices.
  • Ensure high system availability, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage technology investments, vendor relationships, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of technology leadership experience, including leading multiple engineering teams, experience delivering enterprise digital transformation and large-scale system integration initiatives, strong expertise in AWS, cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, and AI technologies, experience with customer-facing enterprise platforms in a complex or regulated environment, excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PREFERRED: Experience in insurance, financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry, familiarity with policy administration, billing, claims, or similar enterprise systems, AWS, PMP, or other relevant certifications.
