AVP Corporate Fundraising Foundation

Responsibilities

• Implement, grow and manage all aspects of the HonorHealth Corporate Relations Program.
• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward corporate partnerships and sponsorships at local and national levels.
• Aggresively increase organizational revenue, utilizing a blend of traditional and non-traditional fundraising strategies.
• Maintain and expand base of corporate partner relationships through ongoing communication and solicitation; ensure timely renewals and continued partnership growth year over year.
• Work collaboratively and proactively with the HonorHealth Supply Chain to develop a lead portfolio and strategy with all vendors to Honor Health.
• Research and maintain corporate profiles on qualified prospects and donors and define strategic action for each prospect based on data available and supervise its use in solicitation of gifts to closure.
• Work collaboratively with the Foundation stewardship team to develop creative corporate cultivation and sponsorship opportunities with value-added benefits for donors.
• Ensure benefit fulfillment and event follow-up strategy.
• Cultivate fundraising opportunities with local businesses and organizations to increase philanthropic revenue.
• Participates in professional associations as appropriate to stay current and abreast of knowledge and skills required of a professional fund raising associate.
• Ensures active identification and accomplishment of annual personal development goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Masters Degree Preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced high volume development operation with a proven track record of successful relationship building and solicitation.
• Proven record of directly soliciting and securing five and six figure corporate gifts.
