Information TechnologyFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description: "West Star is the fastest growing...". That's about company and role. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's extract. Content: - About the role: description of West Star, what you can expect as Avionics Maintenance Technician. Could be "About the role". We'll put that in a

. - Responsibilities: list of duties: "Perform general avionics support items on aircraft..." etc. That's a list. - Requirements: Education: high school diploma or equivalent, electronics/avionics factory training preferred, valid driver's license approved for airline travel and/or passport ideal but not mandatory. Also experience: 1+ years of experience on Avionics repair or installations preferred. Also initiative: self-motivated, team player, fast paced, deadlines, dealing with customers, minimal supervision. Also sense of responsibility: attend work every day, notify supervisor, reliable transportation, follow FAA guidelines, company safety rules, maintain customer oriented work habits. Also physical requirements, mental requirements, supervision, working conditions, equipment used. Many of these could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide sections. We have Qualifications maybe for education and experience. Skills for initiative, communication, computer skills. Benefits: they mention benefits: medical, dental, 401K match, time off accruals, weekly pay days and much more. Also "when you start, they start with you!" So we have benefits content. Pay: not specified explicitly. Schedule: not specified (full time on-site). The posting says "Full Time On-Site". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with "Full Time On-Site". Pay: not given specific numbers, so we should not include Pay section because no specific pay info. Benefits: we have specifics: medical, dental, 401K match, time off accruals, weekly pay days. So include Benefits. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. At end there is "Apply © 2025 West Star Aviation...". Remove. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's craft HTML:

This includes medical, dental, 401K match, time off accruals, weekly pay days and much more. We don’t want you to live to work, we want you to work and live.

What you can expect as an Avionics Maintenance Technician at West Star: Our Avionics Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing problems to the component level on avionics units (i.e. Navs, Coms, Pulse, Radar, Audio and Autopilot Systems), as well as the aircraft systems.

But maybe we split: About the role includes company description and role overview. Responsibilities list. Responsibilities: list items: - Perform general avionics support items on aircraft. This shall include, but not be limited to items such as removal and installation of panels and components and repair work. - Troubleshooting and evaluation of systems on the aircraft when designated. - Inspection and evaluation of the aircraft and components when designated. - Aircraft movement and performance verification of systems. - Maintenance and repair of shop facility, equipment and tooling to support operations. - Work with customer in project management, pricing and customer support roles. - Work independently on projects. - Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management. - Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English - Basic computer skills to be able to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance data bases We could combine communication and computer skills under Skills section. But they are listed under responsibilities. However we can still put them in Responsibilities. Requirements: Education and experience. Qualifications maybe: Education: high school diploma or equivalent; electronics or avionics factory training preferred; valid driver's license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory. Experience: 1+ years of experience on Avionics repair or installations is preferred. Initiative: team players who are self-motivated and able to perform in a fast paced environment where working under specific deadlines and time constraints will be common. Dealing with customers and the capacity to perform work with minimal supervision will also be required. Sense of Responsibility: Attend work every day as scheduled to include overtime and weekend assignments. Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work. Must have reliable transportation to get to work each and every day. Perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines. Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties. Maintain customer oriented work habits. Physical Requirements: Lifts 50 lbs. Routine walking, bending and squatting or sitting. Routine or repetitive physical motion with arms and hands. Standing for long periods of time. Climb ladders and stairs, work in small restricted areas. Basic computer skills (already mentioned). Mental Requirements: Understanding and implementation of regulations and guidelines. Troubleshoot, evaluate and perform functional tests for various avionics and instrument systems. Work with others in a professional manner. Supervision: Work under supervision of assigned Avionics Team Leader. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a hangar environment subject to extreme temperature variations from very cold to very hot. Work outside during aircraft runs will occur. Varied positions in and around the aircraft. Equipment Used: Personal hand tools supplied by the mechanic. Pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical equipment. Jacks, stands, lifts and other support devices. Tugs, power carts and other engine powered equipment. Crimpers, soldering iron and heat guns. Personal computer and work order prints. We could group many under Requirements or Qualifications. But we need to avoid too many thin sections. Perhaps combine Education & Experience under Qualifications, and Initiative, Sense of Responsibility, Physical/Mental Requirements, Supervision, Working Conditions, Equipment Used under Requirements? Or we could have sections: Qualifications (education/experience), Requirements (skills/attributes), Benefits, Schedule. But we must follow instruction: use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use any of those as needed. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (education/experience), Skills (initiative, communication, computer skills), Benefits, Schedule (Full Time On-Site). We could also include Requirements for physical/mental etc. But we might combine many into Requirements. Let's decide: - About the role: company description and role overview. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Qualifications: education and experience. - Skills: initiative, communication, computer skills, teamwork, self-motivation, ability to work under deadlines, customer interaction, minimal supervision. - Benefits: medical, dental, 401K match, time off accruals, weekly pay days. - Schedule: Full Time On-Site. We could also include Requirements for physical requirements etc. But we might not need separate Requirements if we put physical etc under Skills? Not ideal. Better to have Requirements section for physical, mental, supervision, working conditions, equipment used. That seems appropriate. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule. Check if any content duplicated: communication and computer skills appear also in Responsibilities list; we might keep them in Responsibilities but also in Skills? To avoid duplication, we should keep them only once. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we list them in Responsibilities, we still need to convey that info. We could keep them in Responsibilities and not duplicate in Skills. Skills could then focus on initiative, self-motivation, team player, ability to work under deadlines, customer interaction, minimal supervision. That's fine. Let's extract Skills from text: "We’re looking for team players who are self-motivated and able to perform in a fast paced environment where working under specific deadlines and time constraints will be common. Dealing with customers and the capacity to perform work with minimal supervision will also be required." Also "Basic computer skills to be able to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance data bases" (maybe skill). Also "Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English". So Skills: team player, self-motivated, fast-paced environment, deadlines/time constraints, dealing with customers, minimal supervision, effective communication, basic computer skills. Now Responsibilities list we can keep the duty items excluding those skill items. Let's remove communication and computer skills from Responsibilities list to avoid duplication. But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can still keep them in Responsibilities but then also in Skills would be duplication. Better to keep them only in Skills. So Responsibilities list will be the duty items without communication/computer skills. Let's list Responsibilities items: - Perform general avionics support items on aircraft. Now Qualifications: Education and experience. - A High school diploma or equivalent. - Electronics or Avionics factory training is preferred. - A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory. - 1+ years of experience on Avionics repair or installations is preferred. Now Skills: as above. Now Requirements: physical, mental, supervision, working conditions, equipment used, sense of responsibility (attendance, reliable transportation, FAA guidelines, safety rules, customer oriented work habits). Also maybe "Attend work every day as scheduled to include overtime and weekend assignments. Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work." Also "Must have reliable transportation to get to work each and every day." Also "Perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines. Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties. Maintain customer oriented work habits." Also "Physical Requirements Lifts 50 lbs. Routine walking, bending and squatting or sitting. Routine or repetitive physical motion with arms and hands. Standing for long periods of time. Climb ladders and stairs, work in small restricted areas" Also "Basic computer skills" already in Skills, so we can skip duplicate. Also "Mental Requirements Understanding and implementation of regulations and guidelines. Troubleshoot, evaluate and perform functional tests for various avionics and instrument systems. Work with others in a professional manner." Also "Supervision Work under supervision of assigned Avionics Team Leader" Also "Working Conditions Work is performed in a hangar environment subject to extreme temperature variations from very cold to very hot. Work outside during aircraft runs will occur. Varied positions in and around the aircraft." Also "Equipment Used Personal hand tools supplied by the mechanic. Pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical equipment. Jacks, stands, lifts and other support devices. Tugs, power carts and other engine powered equipment. Crimpers, soldering iron and heat guns. Personal computer and work order prints" Now Benefits: medical, dental, 401K match, time off accruals, weekly pay days and much more. Schedule: Full
