About the role

We’re seeking a Navigation Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, integration, and verification of advanced navigation solutions for aerospace systems. This role involves defining system architectures such as GNSS, INS, and Sensor Fusion, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with program goals.

Responsibilities

• Capture and verify system requirements for navigation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace and industry standards.
• Contribute to system design and architecture (GNSS, INS, Sensor Fusion).
• Resolve software and system-level defects to maintain mission readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with program objectives.

Requirements

• Experience with navigation and identification systems (e.g., GNSS, INS).
• Background in systems engineering and hardware/software integration.
• Related STEM degree.
• Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate in high-tempo environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret-level security clearance.
