Aviation Service Agent (FT - Customer Service Rep)
About the role
The City of Bangor - Bangor International Airport is seeking an Aviation Service Agent (Customer Service Representative). This is a skilled, technical, and highly responsible position providing services for the airport's customers.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining aircraft services/scheduling software for the airport
- Coordinating aircraft arrivals/departures with required agencies and companies
- Arranging catering, hotel and car reservations
- Operating courtesy vehicle
- Daily customer service duties associated with flights coming into BGR
- Servicing a variety of aircraft
- Frequently working independently
Pay
Starting pay range is $18.66 to $25.08 per hour, based on skills and experience. This position is hourly/non-exempt.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 10pm - 8am.
