Required Documents
Submit the following documents with your application:
- Notification of Personnel Action (SF-50) – if you are an FAA employee, provide a copy containing information in Blocks 15, 17, 18, 19, 22, and 24.
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and/or Commercial Pilot Certificate with multiengine land and instrument ratings (copies of both sides if ratings are on the back).
- Other applicable licenses, certificates, and/or ratings.
If relying on education to meet qualification requirements, ensure the institution is accredited by the U.S. Department of Education.
Requirements
- Resume limited to two pages, clearly describing work experience and education as it relates to the position’s qualifications.

- Number of hours worked per week
- Education details (if required) must include:
- School/institution name
- Completion date

Assessment
