Aviation Project Manager

About the role

Split time between on site and office/remote.
Report to Project Director and/or Lead Project Manager.
Work in Owner's Rep atmosphere managing multiple projects.
Cook with client, contractor, design team and stakeholders.
Review project schedule and budgets, analyze change orders for entitlement, prepare weekly/monthly reports, provide support as needed and manage assistant project managers.
Manage project files and internal reporting programs.

Project Manager with 6-10 years of experience working in Aviation and/or Hospitality.
Knowledge of project management programs.
PMP or CCM equivalent preferred.
Travel required to local airports (JFK, LGA, NWK).

Pay

Expected compensation range is between $104,000- $173,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
