Qualifications
- US work authorization
- Driver’s License (Preferred)
- Must be 18 years of age
Job Description
Painting Experience is REQUIRED
- Operating aviation coatings, including paint, lacquer, epoxy, and other materials
- Preparing and cleaning requirements for each component
- Operating tools and equipment such as paint guns, dryers, cleaning stations, and others
- Reading, understanding, and following technical data and other documents
- Understanding and complying with safety and operating procedures
- Understanding hazardous materials requirements related to products used
General knowledge requirements
- Reading, comprehending technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints, and other repair station data written in English
- Basic mechanical skills
- Strong organization skills
- Results-oriented attitude
- Ability to communicate with internal and external constituents and work both independently and as part of a team
Physical requirements
- Able to lift, crawl, kneel, bend, and stoop without restrictions
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a consistent basis
- Able to stand for long time frames
