Aviation Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor for Northeast Ground Operations. This role involves supervising and streamlining day-to-day operations at various Northeast airport stations. The successful candidate will oversee concierge and ramp operations, scheduling, training, safety compliance, facility readiness, inventory management, vendor coordination, client experience standards, and provide operational support across multiple locations. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rye Brook, NY. The position is based in an airport operations environment requiring prolonged standing outdoors, frequent walking, luggage handling, and exposure to various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind, sun) as well as aircraft fumes and exhaust.

Responsibilities

• Supervise concierge and ramp operations to ensure efficient service.
• Manage scheduling and monitor performance of team members.
• Coordinate with various departments and external vendors to maintain seamless operations.
• Ensure facilities are ready and operational at all times.
• Uphold safety and service standards consistently.
• Support training initiatives and conduct audits to ensure compliance.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00 per hour.
