Aviation IHM Product Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer responsible for overseeing product quality and engineering activities related to IHM parts and overall part quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supporting quality activities for IHM, reviewing inspection sheets and process documentation.
• Investigating non-conforming parts and supporting corrective and preventive actions.
• Assisting with design change investigations and reviewing manufacturing processes to meet design standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related experience with at least 3 years in manufacturing quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, understanding technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with CAD/CATIA, gauging, calibration, GD&T, and CMM.
• Knowledge of AS9100 standards, product nonconformance disposition, and first article review is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and continuous improvement skills.
