About the role
Manufacturing Team Member responsible for advanced operations involving material handling, assembly, inspection, maintenance, repair, overhaul, and testing of aircraft engines.
Key duties
- Lead associate training
- Support engine hardware layout and storage
- Facilitate data for nonconforming product decisions
- Document technical data
- Perform visual and quality checks
- Execute engine assembly and repair activities at a high skill level
Qualifications & skills
- High school diploma or GED
- FAA Powerplant Maintenance License
- 6+ years in aviation manufacturing or maintenance, with 5+ years specific to jet engine maintenance preferred
- Experience in assembly, inspection, testing, kitting, inventory control, interpreting blueprints, using hand tools, troubleshooting, and understanding safety and regulatory standards, especially FAA Part 145
- Strong mechanical aptitude

Work environment
- Manufacturing setting with physical activity including lifting, bending, and reaching
- Exposure to typical shop hazards
