Role Overview

The manufacturing team member performs advanced operations related to aircraft engine handling, assembly, inspection, maintenance, repair, overhaul, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead associate training and support engine kitting and hardware storage
  • Assist in nonconforming product disposition and document technical data
  • Perform visual and quality checks to ensure product traceability
  • Conduct hands-on engine assembly and repair activities at a high skill level

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school Diploma or GED, FAA Powerplant Maintenance License
  • 6+ years in aviation manufacturing/maintenance; jet engine experience preferred
  • Proficiency in assembly, inspection, testing, inventory control, and interpreting technical drawings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of safety standards, FAA regulations, MES/ERP systems, and inspection techniques
  • Ability to work with hand tools, perform diagnostics, and maintain organized work areas
