The Aviation Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in our daily operations and will provide an elite level of customer service to crew and passengers by providing everything they need to have an extraordinary stay, including a warm welcome and concierge service. The Aviation Customer Service Representative will also collaborate with ground personnel to ensure all ground services are completed and invoiced. Requirements Responsibilities and Duties Greet customers in a friendly, professional mannerProvide concierge services to pilots and customers including making reservations as requiredInvoicing for services rendered to customers and pilotsRecord customer preferences in Freeman Jet Center CSI systemProactive preparation for all incoming aircraftProvides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concernsPartner with line service team to meet and exceed customer's service expectationsKeep hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beveragesMaintain neat work area at all times to include front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Competencies Customer focus- naturally outgoing/extrovertedCommunicate with customers and employees in person, on phone, and through radio communicationsStrong computer skills including Microsoft office products and point of sale programsBasic mathematical knowledgeMust be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by Company insurance policy (Requires clean driving record)Bi-lingual preferred Reporting Relationship This position reports to the Customer Service Manager Physical Demands The Physical Demands Described Here Are Representative Of Those That Must Be Met By An Employee To Successfully Perform The Essential Functions Of This Job, To Include But Not Limited To Must be able to lift 25 poundsStand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, walk throughout the facility to interact with customersOther duties as assigned by management Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a non-exempt position. This position includes shift work which requires working evenings and rotating weekends. This may include working on scheduled company holidays. Travel No travel is expected for this position.
