Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday 8:00am-8:00pm; Wednesday 8:00am - 4:00pm Location/Setting: Buxton 27920 Age Range: Adult Acuity: Gtube/Trach

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and empathetic care to patients in their homes.
• Provide hands-on nursing services including medication administration, wound care, and other patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities electronically using Aveanna’s tablet system.
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards of care.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications
