Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LPN - Trach/Vent Teen (Overnights)

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care for pediatric patients with complex needs such as trachs, vents, G-tubes, and feeding tubes.
• Delivering care in various schedules and settings, including night shifts and weekends, tailored to patient acuity and age groups.
• Utilizing electronic documentation via patient tablets and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• S supporting patient outcomes through clinical expertise and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; transfer of compact licenses within 90 days if applicable.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation and minimum six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.
