Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LPN - Trach/Vent Teen (Overnights)

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients across various age groups and acuity levels.
• Managing complex patient needs such as trach, vent, G-tube, and feeding tube care.
• Documenting patient information electronically using company tablets.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
• S supporting patients in their home environment with personalized care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
