Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Assess and document patient needs and progress using electronic documentation tools provided by Aveanna.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state where you will practice.
• Have and maintain a current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• Pass a TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Have six months of hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required).
• Have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential.
