Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home healthcare to pediatric patients, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic care.
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes, support patients' medical needs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• CPR certification
• TB test within last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Preferrably six months of hands-on nursing experience
