About the role

You will have overall responsibility for operation, economics, and development of the department. You will also lead, motivate, and develop electricians, apprentices, and service leaders in line with the company's values and goals. The department consists of 25 employees, where you will have direct management responsibilities for 3 service leaders and 3-4 electricians. Quality assurance in accordance with current standards and customer requirements will be your responsibility, along with monitoring the department's progress and delivery. You will ensure ongoing invoicing, good order economics, and monitoring of economic key figures, which will be areas that need to be focused on to contribute to the best possible results for the department. Monitoring existing customers and developing new relationships is an important part of the position's content. Also, being part of ELMO's leadership and marketing group, and thus contributing to strategic growth for the department and the entire company. Department leaders should be a resource for both customers and employees, and therefore a requirement is that you have an electrical degree.
