AV Technician Full Time Only

Full-time position based in Indiana, United States.

About the role

Streamline is seeking a technician with experience in the IT field. While experience in the marine industry is preferred, it is not required. We need someone reliable to complete daily tasks professionally. We service local businesses and yachts located around the world.

Responsibilities

• Remote IT support (LogMeIn, TeamViewer)
• Networking and cable terminations (Ethernet, patch panels, rack wiring)
• VLAN configuration
• PC and Apple tech support
• Microsoft server domains, Exchange Servers, and Active Directory
• QuickBooks support
• Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office tasks
• Running wires and working in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops)
• Customer service and public interaction

Requirements

• Must pass drug test and background check
• Clean and neat appearance
• Punctual and reliable
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions
• Able to work early or late hours and weekends if needed
• Reliable means of transportation
• Ability to travel in and out of the country
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or working with the public
• Strong communication skills
• General knowledge of electronics equipment and basic power hand tools

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work on ladders while lifting heavy objects

• Ladder climbing, manual dexterity, and visual acuity

Schedule

This is a full-time position, with core hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Must be willing to work weekends and nights if needed.
