Av Technician
Hardware Support & Maintenance
- Install, configure, manage, and maintain Cisco Webex hardware and connected peripherals (i.e. - QSC, Shure, Crestron, etc.) across conference rooms and executive offices on site at the THD Corp ATL HQ location plus satellite sites within range.
- Routinely calibrate cameras, microphones, displays, and control panels to ensure optimal audio and visual quality in all meeting spaces.
AV Experience Management
- Work closely with AV integrators, hardware vendors, and internal IT teams (such as networking and security) to implement upgrades, resolve TP support tickets, and project assignments.
- Resolve critical hardware failures.
Documentation & Training
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), system diagrams, platform documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide occasional training to end-users on how to effectively use room systems.
Networking Fundamentals
- Solid understanding of network protocols relevant to AV over IP, including QoS, SIP, H.323, TCP/IP, RTMP, CVI, and bandwidth management.
Microsoft Teams Mastery
- Strong technical knowledge of the Microsoft Teams ecosystem, especially Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Teams Admin Center.
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 operational support for Microsoft Teams, including Teams Rooms (MTR), live events, town halls, voice/video routing, and end-user meeting support.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Presentation and temperament suitable for corporate environment.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal).
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks spanning cross-functional teams.
- Experience Level: Intermediate Level.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
