Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for AV equipment including, but not limited to, video conferencing systems, projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and digital mixers.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Design and implement AV solutions tailored to the needs of our clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide consulting services to clients on the selection, installation, and use of AV equipment.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure AV systems are integrated with the company's IT infrastructure.
• Conduct training sessions for staff and clients on the use of AV equipment and systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and industry trends to provide the most effective solutions to our clients.
• Manage all aspects of AV projects, from initial consultation to installation and post-installation support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Technician, AV Technician, or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of AV configuration and integration.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV issues quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AV concepts to non-technical staff and clients.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple AV projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex AV challenges.
• A degree in a related field, such as IT or engineering, is preferred.
• Certifications in AV technologies or project management will be an added advantage.
