AV Product Line Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a AV Product Line Manager to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will own a product portfolio spanning AV networking solutions, from early concept through launch and lifecycle management. You will define the long-term vision, shape the roadmap, and partner closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders to deliver strong market outcomes. The position requires a balance of technical depth, customer advocacy, and cross-functional execution in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AV managed switch and pro AV portfolio from concept to launch
• Define the long-term product vision and maintain a coherent roadmap
• Write high-quality PRDs and user stories to guide product development
• Coordinate with marketing and sales for successful product launches
• Advocate for customer needs across engineering and global partners
• Shape technical architecture and participate in engineering discussions
• Communicate product updates and results to executives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in AV-over-IP or related fields
• Proven ability to launch products in technically complex AV markets
• Strong writing skills for technical documentation and business cases
• Technical knowledge of AV protocols and networking standards
• Excellent collaboration skills with diverse teams, including Engineering and Marketing
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
