AV Lead Technician

About the role

The AV Lead Technician is responsible for overseeing audiovisual systems in various locations across the country. This position requires strong technical skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain audiovisual systems in multiple locations
• Provide technical support to users and resolve issues promptly
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AV technology installation and maintenance
• Experience with AV systems including projectors, sound systems, and display technologies
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
