About the role
thenPosition Summary text.
etc. For lists: use- .
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details exactly as given, but we can rephrase? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the wording, maybe copy sentences. We can keep them as is but maybe break into paragraphs.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Remove "Avidex is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove duplicated lines.

Now map to sections:
About the role: Position Summary paragraph.
Responsibilities: What You'll Do list.
Requirements: What We're Looking for (maybe combine education/experience etc). Could also split into Requirements and Qualifications but we prefer few sections. We'll put Requirements.
Skills: Skills & Core Strengths list.
Benefits: What we offer list.
Schedule: from What We're Looking for: ability to travel and work varying schedules, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight travel. Could be a sentence. We'll extract that as schedule info.
We must not duplicate content; we already used that bullet in Requirements. If we move schedule to its own section, we should remove from Requirements? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. We can keep it in both places? That would be duplication. Better to keep it only once. Since schedule is a subset of What We're Looking for, we could keep it in Requirements and not create Schedule section. But we have schedule info present; we could create Schedule section and remove that bullet from Requirements to avoid duplication. However we might lose other details if we remove bullet. Let's think: The schedule bullet is: "Ability to travel to customer sites and work varying schedules, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight travel". That's schedule-related. If we create Schedule section, we could keep that sentence there and remove from Requirements. Then Requirements would lose that bullet but still have other requirements. That's okay as we preserve all info (just moved). The instruction: do not repeat job title as heading and do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Not relevant. Thus we can have Schedule section with that sentence. Now Requirements section will have the rest of the bullets (excluding the schedule bullet). Let's list them: - High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred - 4+ years of AV/IT field engineering, commissioning, or related technical experience - Intermediate knowledge of integrated audio, video, control, conferencing, DSP, and networking systems - Experience with AV platforms such as Crestron, Extron, QSC, AMX, Biamp, BSS, or similar technologies - Experience loading, testing, troubleshooting, and making basic edits to control system code and graphical user interfaces - Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, digital communication protocols, and programming languages such as Python, HTML, C# Pro, or similar - Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and organizational skills - AVIXA CTS and CompTIA A+ or equivalent certifications, or ability to obtain both within one year of hire - Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of field-based AV work, including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance and working in active construction environments Now Benefits section: list as above. Now we need to output HTML fragment only. Let's craft. We'll use

Check that we haven't missed any substantive info: Position Summary captured. Responsibilities captured. Requirements captured (excluding schedule). Skills captured. Benefits captured. Schedule captured. About Us paragraph? Wait we omitted About Us description. That's substantive info about company. Should we include? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. About Us is present. Could be part of About the role? But we already used About the role for Position Summary. Could we add another paragraph under About the role? Or we could create a separate section like "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we cannot add a custom heading. We could fold About Us into About the role section as additional paragraph. That seems appropriate: About the role can include both position summary and company description. So we will add After the position summary paragraph, another paragraph with About Us text. Thus About the role section will have two paragraphs: Position Summary and About Us. Now ensure we didn't miss any other info: "What we offer:" we turned into Benefits. Good. Now check for any duplicated lines: we removed EEO boilerplate. Now output. Let's write the HTML. Be careful to escape any HTML special characters? The text includes punctuation like &, but not < or >. It's fine. We'll produce:About the role
