Essential Responsibilities
- AV Operating on Ross and Panasonic hardware as well as ProPresenter and Resolume software
- Set up, wire, and patch cameras and on-stage monitors as needed
- Incorporate client media, visuals, and/or hardware
- Work closely with clients, event managers, and team members to understand AV needs and provide solutions that meet these requirements
- Provide technical advisement to other departments upon request
- Avoidant proactive troubleshooting and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to live events
- Work closely with the venue’s AV Manager & clients during shows and events.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Ross Carbonite switching and Ultrix routing
- Knowledge of PTZ Camera Systems
- Knowledge of ProPresenter and Resolume Arena
- Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Available to work variety of shifts, including mornings/evenings, weekends, and potentially holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from the venue
Physical Demands / Work Environment
- While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Use hands and fingers with dexterity
- Reach with hands and arms
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may be louder during live events
