ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and execution of after-school programs, camps, and other auxiliary activities through all logistics.
- Prepare materials, set up activities, and ensure all necessary supplies are readily available.
- Oversee the school store POS and associated software.
- Track and assist remotely with the maintain physical inventory.
- Manage and oversee programs at the camp's satellite campus.
- Manage and oversee the summer camp transportation director and their duties.
- Aid the Camp Director with building and maintaining the camp database.
- Manage all school transportation operations, including coordinating bus routes, schedules, and transitions between after-school activities.
- Communicate with families regarding transportation plans, delays, or changes.
- Ensure that all transportation protocols are followed to maintain student safety.
- Maintain students during all activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Follow and enforce all safety protocols and emergency procedures (as they are relevant to Transportation).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Elementary Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in marketing, communications, education, camp administration, recreational management, or related fields is preferred.
- Program Management: Demonstrated ability to create, administer, supervise, and implement programs for students and campers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, database systems, social media, and other technology tools.
