Auxiliary Programs Manager of Transportation and Services

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the planning, implementation, and execution of after-school programs, camps, and other auxiliary activities through all logistics.
• Prepare materials, set up activities, and ensure all necessary supplies are readily available.
• Oversee the school store POS and associated software, track and assist remotely with the maintenance of physical inventory.
• Manage and oversee programs at the camp's satellite campus, manage and oversee the summer camp transportation director and their duties, and assist the Camp Director with building and maintaining the camp database.
• Manage all school transportation operations, including coordinating bus routes, schedules, and transitions between after-school activities. Communicate with families regarding transportation plans, delays, or changes, and ensure that all transportation protocols are followed to maintain student safety.
• Monitor students during all activities to ensure their safety and well-being, follow and enforce all safety protocols and emergency procedures (as they are relevant to Transportation).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Elementary Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in marketing, communications, education, camp administration, recreational management, or related fields is preferred.
• Program Management: Demonstrated ability to create, administer, supervise, and implement programs for students and campers.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, database systems, social media, and other technology tools.
