Automotive Title Clerk - Full Time - GAA Classic Cars

Our Client, Greensboro Auto Auction Classic Cars, is the South's premier independent, dealer-exclusive auto auction specializing in classic, muscle, and unique vehicles. Known as GAACC, we deliver high-quality service and unforgettable experiences to car enthusiasts nationwide. Locally owned and operated, we are seeking a full-time Automotive Title Clerk to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Process legal documents related to vehicle sale transactions.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of DMV procedures regarding transfer of vehicle titles.
• Provide exceptional support to customers with title questions or issues.
• Enter information into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare and finalize auction events.

Requirements

• Prior title processing experience is required (DMV or automotive dealership/industry preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of DMV procedures and title transfers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Must have current North Carolina Notary Public certification.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional weekend and overtime work.
