Automotive Title Clerk

About the role

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle sales transactions
• Verify information for the accounting department
• Prepare legal transfer documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Identify deficiencies in title work and notify the Director
• Follow up on issues and find alternative solutions to resolve problems
• Assist with warranty administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other clerical duties as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of automotive title work experience preferred, but not required
• Motivated team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Effective organization and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
