Automotive Title Clerk

Neil Huffman Auto Group is looking for a title clerk for our Corporate office! RESPONSIBILITIES: Process and obtain title and all documentation needed to purchase and complete sale of vehicle. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports directly to the Office Manager Duties Assist in collecting and paying taxes.Interact with county clerks in completing transfer documents.Issues refund checks when appropriate.Transfer ownership of vehicles from buyer to seller and from seller to buyer in an accurate and timely manner.Maintain neat and professional appearance of person and work area.Arrive before designated starting timeAttend licensing classes as needed.All other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. Special Skills Excellent communication and people skills.Maintain good driving record.Detail oriented.Computer literate.Ability to recognize and react to time-sensitive issues. Education/Training/Experience High School diploma or GED equivalent.Bookkeeping background preferred.Knowledge of Kentucky/Indiana title laws preferred.
