Automotive Technician-Fleet Maintenance

About the role

Our growing in-house fleet maintenance division partners with companies across the St. Louis metro area to keep their vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for the road. As an Automotive Technician, you’ll perform proactive care, minimize downtime, and deliver service that builds trust mile after mile.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light- and medium-duty trucks, vans, and specialty fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Complete inspections and ensure all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers about needed repairs and timelines.
• Collaborate with scheduling teams to prioritize urgent repairs and minimize downtime.
• Recommend proactive maintenance strategies to help customers avoid future issues.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on automotive and/or diesel repair experience (fleet maintenance experience a plus).
• ASE/Manufacturer Certifications (Preferred).
• Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of brake systems, suspension, electrical systems, and engine repair.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus) and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently.
• A customer-first mindset and pride in delivering quality, reliable work.
• Personal set of tools.
