About the role
The Automotive Technician diagnoses and repairs customer vehicles efficiently, adhering to dealership, manufacturer, and company standards. They perform tasks such as brake repairs, suspension work, alignments, front end repairs, preventive maintenance, tire services, and oil changes.
Working conditions include exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and hazardous materials; physical demands involve standing, walking, bending, lifting, and handling tools and parts. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle issues
- Perform repairs
- Maintain safety standards
- Provide quality customer service
- Perform brake, suspension, alignment, tire, oil change, and other automotive repairs
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior automotive technician experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work a minimum of five days including Saturdays
- Physical capability to stand, bend, lift up to 70 pounds, and work in varying environmental conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to use appropriate safety gear
