Sterling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join their team. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a successful, family-owned dealership in Maurice, serving Acadiana.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair customer and dealership vehicles following manufacturer guidelines
• Use diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot vehicle concerns
• Work with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure accurate repair estimates and updates
• Install vehicle components and systems as needed
• Document diagnostic findings and repair recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all dealership and industry safety standards
• Stay current on evolving automotive technology through ongoing training

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Experience with computerized diagnostic equipment
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
