Role Overview: The Automotive Technician / Mechanic diagnoses and repairs customer vehicles efficiently, adhering to dealership, manufacturer, and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct vehicle diagnostics based on certification level, perform repairs per inspection and repair orders, explain technical issues to customers and staff, recommend necessary services, and follow safety protocols. Maintain ASE certifications and document all work accurately. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; preferred experience with ASE or similar certifications; valid driver’s license; ability to work Monday through Saturday; at least 18 years old. Physical & Working Conditions: Exposure to moderate to loud noises, fumes, and varying temperatures. Must be able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as kneeling and reaching.
