Role: Automotive Technician Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently following dealership, manufacturer, and company standards. Perform brake repairs, suspension work, alignments, front end repairs, preventive maintenance, tire repairs, oil changes, and other automotive services. Qualifications: Previous automotive technician experience, valid driver’s license, at least 18 years old, ability to work a minimum of five days including Saturdays. Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair skills, physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 70 pounds, and work in varying environmental conditions with PPE as needed. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay plus flag rate, with benefits including competitive pay, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), vehicle discounts, and opportunities for advancement.
