Responsibilities
- Assist the Service Director in overseeing all aspects of shop operations and production
- Dispatching and workflow management
- Supervising technicians
- Troubleshooting complex diagnostic problems
- Ensuring repairs are performed correctly and efficiently by all service shop employees
- Being a productive and revenue-generating part of the team
