About the role
EchoPark Centennial is seeking a Lead Technician/Shop Foreman to lead and mentor a high-performing team in our growing Recon operation. This role involves organizing the team, assigning work, maintaining shop efficiency, and diagnosing and repairing vehicles alongside your team.
Responsibilities
- Organize and set up the team for success at the start of each day
- Assign work and ensure the shop runs efficiently
- Develop and mentor technicians
- Maintain a positive, high-energy culture
- Diagnose and repair vehicles alongside your team
- Lead by example and motivate the team
Requirements
- 10+ years of automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic background
- Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
- ReconPro and CDK experience preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
- Willingness to lead by example and perform hands-on repairs
Pay
Salary of $60K to $70K+ based on experience, with bonus potential. Technicians are paid a guaranteed salary, not flat rate.
