Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support technicians to support and encourage growth and efficiency.
• Supervise daily shop operations and technician workflow.
• Collaborate with service advisors to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure repair quality, safety compliance, and OEM standards.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and assist with complex repairs.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Prior Mercedes-Benz dealership experience is a must.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
