What You'll Do

• Own the front counter: greet customers, write repair orders, and guide them from estimate to invoice
• Recommend and sell maintenance, repair, and tire work — clearly, honestly, confidently
• Translate technician findings into recommendations customers understand and approve
• Cook up the front desk: coordinate with techs to keep the shop schedule moving and promises kept
• Keep the front desk sharp, organized, and professional

What You Bring

• Experience in automotive service writing, parts counter, or a customer-facing sales role (strongly preferred — but we'll train the right closer)
• Basic automotive knowledge and real interest in the industry
• Strong communicator who can juggle phones, walk-ins, and a full schedule board
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and digital inspection tools
• Valid driver's license

The Schedule, Upfront

• This is a 5-day, 45–50 hour week including Saturdays
• It's a busy store — that's why the earning potential is what it is
