About the role
Responsible for providing detailed service reports to customers, ensuring all repairs are accurately documented and billed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive service reports detailing vehicle issues and repair procedures.
- Communicate with customers to ensure they understand their vehicle’s service needs and costs.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complies with company policies and insurance requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding service appointments and billing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in automotive technology or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive service or repair.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
