Automotive Service Technician

About the role

Lexus of Orange County is hiring Automotive Technicians. Join a network of over 300 Lithia & Driveway Dealerships nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair orders, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Qualifications

• Lexus brand experience preferred, but not required.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications desired.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Pay

Flat rate range for this position is $18.00 to $30.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
