Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and adherence to dealership standards
- Test-drive vehicles and diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems
- Communicate with Service Advisors about additional service needs and provide estimates
- Complete assigned tasks promptly and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Execute repairs according to manufacturer specifications under warranty
- Keep the work area clean and safe, following safety regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-year college degree in vehicle maintenance/automotive technology preferred
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check
- Valid driver’s license free from major infractions required
