Automotive Service Technician

About the role

Diehl Hyundai of Sharon is seeking to expand its team with skilled Automotive Service Technicians. The position offers a four-day workweek and a generous $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including, engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, air conditioning, braking, etc.
• Explain mechanical diagnostic and required repairs in a non-technical manner to advisors or customers.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Identify problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Manufacturer (HYUNDAI/FORD) specific training (preferred)
• ASE certification (preferred)
• The ability to work overhead and bent over for long periods
