Responsibilities
- sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs, and office spaces
- using machinery to clean showroom floor, dust entire facility, and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen
- emptying trash and garbage containers
- maintaining minor and routine painting, electrical and other maintenance activities using hand tools
- moving and parking vehicles
- driving the shuttle van
Qualifications
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality and eager to improve
- Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience a plus
- Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
